I also put a 'do not disturb' sign on my door during my stay and they still entered the room when I was gone. The clientale ranges in the 60+ age range. There is *nothing* to do in this hotel except the casino area or the spa.
(front desk associates are the smiling useless type)Īnd if you looking for any type of nightlife, club, bar, etc. They won't even apologize for it when you call them on it. If you buy a movie in the room, the whole 'you can pause it, stop it, and watch the rest of it later' is a complete lie. If you don't order strictly what they have on the menu don't expect it to be right. They also got my order wrong each time and have no idea how to handle even minor, but basic, requests ala 'extra butter'. The room service menu is way limited and expensive. The hotel is pretty and in a beautiful area. Deep sunken tub, separate shower, toilet in its own closet area. The hotel rooms are a very decent size and clean.
